Situation
Last year, Telecom leader UniDial Communications transformed
the industry and its company strategy in becoming
Lightyear Communications. To deploy the branding of
its new, next-generation network, Lightyear called
on Talking Point to a) devise a PowerPoint presentation
that would serve as an introduction to the national
press like the Wall Street Journal, and, b) one that
their reps could easily customize to personalize their
pitches to their clients.
Solution
Essential to the presentation were several technical
drawings to demonstrate the new network design. Talking
Point had a left brain/right brain meeting with Lightyear's
engineers and created an animated sequence that clearly
demonstrated the network -- one that could be understood
on any level.
One of the key elements in this presentation design
was Talking Point's ability to interface with the
New York branding firm Lightyear chose to spearhead
their design changes and to create a presentation
that blended seamlessly with the company's printed
materials. Having a background in print aided our
ability to make the agency's vision come alive on
the screen
